On the way to the Orleans from Laughlin I stopped long enough at the Hoover Dam to walk over the bypass. I love this new area. No fees. A good view of the whole dam from a long way up.
I always walk it to the end and back. There were few people there that morning. I arrived pretty early.
I don't remember bathrooms being in the parking lot last year. They were there.
