Some of you have expressed some interest in the Stratosphere, and so far it is one of the best deals for that cowboy time (dec 4-dec 10) especially for newbies who are going to be light on gambling and heavy on seeing the sights.

will match any price you get anywhere so that means it can be booked early, directly with the hotel, and you will not have a cancelation fee for changes in plans.
It might be one to book if you would like the insurance of knowing you have a room available.
Their current promotion only runs through Sept 30th but it has some nice features: %25 off rack rate with lots of free or 2 for 1 tickets thrown in. Hopefully they will repeat that deal for December.
