A bit of a diary from the tower.
I feel rested, but it is not even 4 AM.
Yesterday was a fine day.
We went down here just off the lobby to breakfast and it was delightfully comfortable. We had great fruit and a garden omelet full of veggies, good coffee, with access to the NY Times and soft background music.
Jim and Anne joined us and our left overs were enough for their breakfast with just one more order of berries.
We had a great long visit, told stories, got into more ideas and issues than just family catch up details.
It was Anne's last day and she took the taxi. Her travel home was just fine: friendly and interesting cabby, window seat, no charge for drinks, and no difficulties. Nice.
